So even though I haven't updated you on my new habit I am still doing it!!! This month is a busy one for Seth and me. This week he has scout camp, next week I have a work trip (meaning I will be staying in Salt Lake City so NO it is not exciting), and the week after Seth has youth conference. Because of all the madness I wanted to do a pretty easy habit that I can do all by myself. So I decided to do an ab workout every night before bed. Nothing crazy...I don't want to work up a sweat or anything. But so far my abs have been pretty sore. I've been trying to work out more lately, but somehow it is just easy to forget about working my abs. But not any more!! I totally plan on having a six pack come July 1. (Even though that six pack will be buried underneath two inches of flab, it will be there.) Wish me luck!
P.S. Our bed making habit has been established! We are still doing it even though we are in the second week of a new month. I think this is the only habit that has successfully carried over!

YES!!! That's a good habit and easily transportable. I'm still in "negotiations" with the swimming hip fin people so hopefully that works and out cause it's supposed to work your abs. Awesome!
I'm proud to announce that I have followed your example and have nearly completed a full month of immediately putting my dishes in the dishwasher AND making my bed each day. Thanks for encouraging me to make good habits.
