If you haven't figured it out already I have started my habit this month a little late...but it is on purpose. Since last month's habit was all about showing more gratitude (which was hard and awesome all at the same time), and usually November is reserved for gratitude, I decided to make my habit for November be all about FOOD which is just about as important as gratitude this month!
So what I am doing is planning dinner before noon every week day and preping as much as possible before noon as well. Planning meals is one of my most dreaded tasks, but I think it is made worse when 5:00 rolls around and then I start looking in my cupboards to see what we can whip up. I started on Saturday and already we have so many leftovers that my fridge is full to the brim.
And I started late because I will be visiting my sister (who just had a baby) later this month and into December, so I want this habit to carry over until I come back. Hopefully my planning meals will help her out. :)
Yea for November! Yea for food!
